Effective from apr 15, 2024 cards that are “forbidden” cannot be used in your main deck, extra deck, or side deck. The hits on this banlist is clearly an attempt to make battle phase effects/cards relevant again (tenpai incoming) and force decks to actually have a win condition/real end board instead of just generic boss.
